The goal of the project is to build a community learning center to aid in education continuation for practices such as sustainable farming. The community is near a wildlife refuge that works to protect endangered turtles. The initial phase of the project is to provide a small community well for safe drinking water and install a wind turbine that would generate the power necessary for the well’s operation.
